Amanda is a Principal in the Tax department, where she is responsible for overseeing the tax compliance for the firm’s structured fund vehicles, investor tax reporting, and the development of tax policies and procedures.Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2019, Amanda was an associate with The Blackstone Group where she focused on tax compliance for private equity investments. Amanda began her career at Deloitte where she primarily served private equity and fund of fund clients.
Amanda holds an MBA and Master’s degree in Accountancy from Saint Peter’s University.
