Charles is a Vice President responsible for due diligence and execution of secondary investments.Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2019, Charles was a Senior Associate with the Strategic Ventures team at BAYADA Home Health Care where he focused on evaluating acquisition opportunities and partnerships with health systems. He began his career at Surgical Care Affiliates, a national provider of ambulatory surgical care.
Charles received an M.S. in Finance from Villanova University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
