Danielle Vennett

Danielle is a Vice President and Global Head of Corporate Real Estate and Facilities where she is responsible for optimizing the firm’s global office portfolio, supporting strategic growth, enhancing the workplace and creating operational efficiencies.

Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2024, Danielle had over two decades of commercial real estate experience implementing real estate strategies and asset management responsibilities. She utilized data analytics and stakeholder collaboration to ensure the real estate initiatives not only met immediate business objectives but also supported the long-term vision of the organization.

Danielle holds a B.S. in Business from Florida Atlantic University, and has pursued continuous professional development in real estate and facilities management.
