Jeff Merschel

Jeff is Global Head of Consultant Relations and Managing Director on the Client Solutions team. He is responsible for leading the firm's efforts in supporting and growing investment consulting relationships across key business divisions including: executive management, research and field consultants. Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience in the investment industry working in leadership, sales, investment counseling and product development.

Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Jeff was a Managing Director at Creative Planning, responsible for growing and maintaining the institutional retirement consulting business. Prior to that, he held a number of positions at The Vanguard Group including roles in investments, institutional sales, fund and product development, management, and client and consultant relations.

Jeff received his B.B.A. in Finance from the Villanova School of Business at Villanova University and maintains multiple professional industry licenses.
