Joseph Fritz
Tax Director
Joe is a Tax Director in the Finance department, where he is responsible for the company’s consolidated income tax provision process, corporate tax compliance, corporate tax research and the development of tax accounting policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2017, Joe was Vice President of Tax at Resource America, Inc. where he focused on income tax provisions for publicly traded and privately owned corporations, corporate and partnership tax compliance and quarterly/annual REIT tax requirements. Joe began his career as a tax analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Joe received a B.S. in Accounting from Drexel University.
