Kaylie Milazzo
Principal, Senior Corporate Tax Counsel
Kaylie is Senior Corporate Tax Counsel in the Tax department, where she focuses on tax review, diligence and negotiation of investments by Hamilton Lane products and clients. Kaylie is also involved in tax matters related to client onboarding and investor side letters.Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2020, Kaylie served as Director and Counsel at an insurance company where she focused on taxation of variable life products, tax review of investments made by the company’s products and related client solutions.
Kaylie received an LL.M. in Taxation and J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. She is a member of the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
