Lucy MacNichol

Lucy serves as Head of Corporate Communications, where she is responsible for developing and delivering strategic and tactical communications plans that protect and enhance the reputation of the firm. 

Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2024, Lucy was a Vice President, Media and External Communications at Macquarie Asset Management, where she focused on media and public relations strategy, including issues management. Lucy also held communications leadership roles at Lincoln Financial Group, and has more than 15 years of industry experience. 

Lucy received a B.A. in Communications from the College of Charleston.
