Nelda Chang
Principal, Direct Equity Investments
Nelda is a Principal on the Direct Equity team, where she is responsible for leading the evaluation and due diligence of direct investment opportunities.Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2024, Nelda was a Principal with GCM Grosvenor, where she was responsible for evaluating and executing private equity co-investments. Nelda has previously held roles at Headlands Capital and American Securities, and began her career in the Leveraged Finance group at JPMorgan.
Nelda received an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from New York University.
