Stephanie Kempton
Vice President, Fund Investment and Managed Solutions
Stephanie is a Vice President on the Fund Investment and Managed Solutions team based in the firm’s London office where she is responsible for primary investments and client support. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2024, Stephanie was a Senior Investment Manager with L&G where she focused on primary investments in European Venture and Growth Capital. Stephanie began her career at abrdn where she sat on the Private Equity team and was responsible for primary, secondary and co-investments.
Stephanie received an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Edinburgh.
