Emerging Talent Summer Internship Program
Our summer internship program offers broad exposure to the private markets. Throughout the course of 10 weeks, students gain an understanding of the industry, its sub-asset classes and investment strategies.
High-performing interns may be considered for full-time positions in the Analyst Development Program.
The program centers around the following pillars of excellence:
Training
Through hands-on workshops, interns develop an understanding of the private markets, bolster their technical skillset and refine their public speaking and professional networking capabilities.
Capstone Research
Interns showcase their contributions and knowledge of the private markets through individual and group capstone presentations. Research and analysis are then presented to firm leadership.
Mentorship
Interns set personal and professional goals, are matched with personal coaches and engage with senior leadership through an interactive Executive Speaker Series.
Global Cohort
Interns are hired from universities across the U.S. and UK, and given the global nature of the firm, there are frequent opportunities for interns to work with teammates around the world.
Social Events
The firm hosts several networking events each summer, providing interns the opportunity to foster relationships with fellow interns and the broader firm.
