Hamilton Lane Incorporated Reports Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2018 Results
Bala Cynwyd, Penn. – Leading private markets asset management firm Hamilton Lane Incorporated (NASDAQ: HLNE) today reported its results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended March 31, 2018.
Hamilton Lane CEO Mario Giannini commented: “Thanks to our clients and our team, this past fiscal year was another strong one for our business. We added to our broad and diverse client base, expanded our global team, and continued to grow where we believe the opportunities exist in the private markets, strategically opening a number of new offices across the globe. As a result, our asset footprint has also grown, reaching a new high of over $450 billion - up more than $100 billion versus last fiscal year.
“Additionally, our board of directors approved an increase in our quarterly dividend of more than 20% in light of this growth, highlighting our continued commitment to returning value to our shareholders.

Dividend
Hamilton Lane has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2125 per share of Class A common stock to record holders at the close of business on June 18, 2018. This dividend will be paid on July 6, 2018.
