Miguel “Mike” Nieves, CFA, CAIA

Mike is a Principal on the Client Solutions team based in Chicago, where he is responsible for the firm’s business development efforts with institutional investors in the Midwest U.S.  

Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2024, Mike was a Director of Public Funds & Taft-Hartley Plans at Northern Trust Asset Management, where he developed business for 50 South Capital, the alternative investments platform.  

Mike earned a B.A. in Computer Science from DePaul University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations.
