Pratt is a Vice President in the Private Wealth Solutions Group, where is he responsible for intermediary distribution in the West Coast Region. Prior to joining the PWS Group, Pratt held internal sales roles within the Client Solutions Group, focusing on institutional business development efforts for the firm within North America, and Evergreen solutions globally.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Pratt was an Account Manager at Vorsight LLC in Arlington, Virginia.
Pratt received a B.B.A. in Management from James Madison University.
